"Completely Dishonest...lying multiple times and laughing at a customer is extremely bad customer service. Allowing a fraudulent claim check with my name first on a check cashed and no signature of mine on check is illegal. Then furthermore telling me I can't call there, is further unprofessionalism. Belittling and mocking is unacceptable from John Marsala, Maureen Corrigan and another girl in Georgia named Alisha Ingraham who never answers phone for 4 months. Maureen saying she doesn't want to be involved, when she was the one who alerted me to the claim clearly because my signature was not on check. An investigation was done by Chase and it was decided that I would have to receive half of close to 12,000 check. The monies from check were not even used for a roof claim filed. The money was used on a kitchen floor, appliances and a new basement floor and additional work. John Marsala Blaming Chase and telling me to sue them. This is because of the employees knowing the party that signed the check with only his name. There are plenty of honest insurance companies, I would strongly recommend others to go elsewhere. I was supposed to receive check after 3 months and now it's 4 months. In addition to this, the deed of my home that I own was under an alias name created by the other party, in clerk's office, other checks were cashed as well with my name on them, but not my signature...including countless IRS checks...taken out of my mailbox at my home. Constant drive bys at various times to steal checks from mailbox. An alias name was created for personal tax returns under Welsch. While he used the name Welsh for business purposes. I had no idea he was adding my name with alias last name. He clearly lied and said he was filing without me. I own a home and I'm homeless and disabled while none of my settlement agreement was followed. I was told to empty my bank account and give him all my cash or we couldn't get in new home in better school district. His ex friends were right, he was behind everything bad that has happened to me. Doctors saying when does this end?? Divorce papers filed on December 1st 2014...and served to a child. Horrendous lies in court documents by him too. That is called serious slander one doctor said. My cardiologist was right all of this is legal abuse and foul play and he said 5 years on a calendar?? With no custody battle to take all my money. He said they are trying to kill you."
